Jaroslaw
Swajdo
Publicist, traveller, eurotroter. Author or co-author of numerous
guidebooks about the countries of Eastern Europe created for the
leading publishing companies in Poland. As freelancer he has also
written hundreds of articles which are appeared in a wide diversity of
publications ranging from travel periodicals to the mainstream daily
newspapers. In 1994-2000 he was one of the founders of the monthly
"Swiat i Podroze" (World & Travel) - Poland’s first independent
magazine for tourists. He spent a lot of time travelling through
Europe. Since 1996 he has been a member of the Polish
Journalists Association; he graduated from Warsaw University with a
master's degree in history.
